Great retail Welcome Sequences

The Welcome Sequence is the series of emails you receive after you sign up for a retailers emails.

It should be a mixture of helping the customer learn about the business, helping them to buy, and direct calls to action to purchase.

Here’s some companies who do a great job to give you some inspiration:

• Shoes of Pray – not sure if it is a welcome sequence, or if it’s just their usual broadcasts but every single one is spot on
• Regal Gentleman (one of our podcast guests) – are constantly tweaking theirs so it’s well worth signing up for a look at theirs
• Cornwalls Cottages – this one I had a hand in myself….
• Project Repat (another podcast guest) – great mix of promotion and education
