Charles says the most awesome thing about his business at the moment is that it affords him the freedom to run his business from anywhere in the world. Charles no longer owns a suit and for the majority of the time works in Singapore with temperatures of around 30 degrees.

Charles have quite a lot of things on the to do list but as a business they’ve worked out what they need to do and they are working through their list. Top Tips on Manage a Remote Team
Charles suggests that you need to establish how each employee likes to be contacted – some people prefer to contacted through Skype whereas some prefer a telephone conversion. Living in a text orientated world Charles take the time out to drop his employees messages to check up on them and if they want to chat he takes the time out to talk.
Charles makes sure that everyone knows about the business growth and developments within the business keeping everyone up to date. His team is all committed to the business and are interested in seeing how it is developing.
