Listen to learn about how Angela avoided putting all her eggs into one basket.

Getting Started

While looking for a baby present for a friend, Angela noticed a lack of practical, good quality, inexpensive, suitable gifts. She used her past experience in helping production in multinational companies to design her products and create the brand, including the name, logo, and position in the market.

Market Research

In the early days of Bathing Bunnies, Angela would walk into shops and talk to the shop owners to try to get a feel for the market, while at the same time trying to make a sale. She received rejections but also sales from this approach.

Listen to learn how shop owners are valuable in helping understand the market.

The Team

Angela creates the designs herself, and outsources web design, PR, search engine optimization, video, photography, and embroidery. Other parents help her out in a school run network.

Listen to learn more about the team effort.

Finding Models

Angela looks locally for her baby models, in coffee shops and markets around her home.

Most Awesome Thing Right Now

Seeing her designs brought to life, seeing photos and videos of happy babies wearing the designs, receiving feedback from customers, and getting more orders are some of the awesome things happening at Bathing Bunnies right now.
